Jiashen Ren is a Ph.D. student in Data Science at the Applied Machine Learning Lab (AML Lab), Department of Data Science, City University of Hong Kong, advised by Prof. Xiangyu Zhao. He received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign through the ZJU-UIUC Institute, where he worked with Prof. Qingchun Hou. His research interests include Machine Learning and Optimization.
